Nature of Digital Design Services
Our services involve custom digital design work tailored specifically to your wellness brand. Unlike physical products, design services cannot be returned in a traditional sense. However, we are committed to working with you to achieve designs that meet your expectations and vision.
Revision Policy
All design packages include a specified number of revision rounds to ensure your complete satisfaction. Revisions allow you to provide feedback and request changes to designs before final approval:
- Essential Wellness Set: Includes 2 revision rounds
- Harmony Collection: Includes 3 revision rounds
- Complete Brand Suite: Includes unlimited revisions
Each revision round allows you to request multiple changes simultaneously. We encourage detailed feedback to make the most of your included revisions.
Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you need to cancel your project before we begin design work, we offer a full refund minus any administrative fees already incurred. To cancel:
- Contact us via email or phone as soon as possible
- Provide your order details and reason for cancellation
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Cancellation After Work Begins
Once design work has commenced, cancellations are subject to charges for work already completed:
- If initial concepts have been created, 50% of the project fee is non-refundable
- If revision rounds have begun, 75% of the project fee is non-refundable
- If final files have been delivered, the full project fee is non-refundable
We understand that circumstances change. Please contact us to discuss your situation, and we will work to find a fair solution.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the design direction after your initial concept presentation, and before significant work has progressed, we will:
- Discuss your concerns and clarify your vision
- Offer alternative design approaches at no additional cost
- If a mutually satisfactory solution cannot be reached, provide a partial refund based on work completed
File Delivery and Acceptance
Final design files are delivered digitally via email or file sharing service. By accepting and downloading the final files, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed the designs and approve them for use
- The project is considered complete
- No refunds will be issued after file acceptance
- Minor adjustments within 30 days are included as a courtesy
Additional Services and Changes
Changes requested after project completion or beyond included revision rounds are considered new work and will be quoted separately. This includes:
- Major design revisions after final approval
- Additional postcard variations beyond your package
- Resizing or reformatting for different applications
- Updates to designs months or years after completion
Refund Processing
When refunds are approved, they will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive confirmation via email once the refund has been initiated. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Completed design work that has been delivered and approved
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf such as stock imagery licenses
- Rush service fees for expedited project timelines
- Consultation time and project management fees
Disputes and Resolution
If you have concerns about your project, design quality, or our services, we encourage open communication. Please contact us immediately to discuss any issues. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and professionally:
- Contact us with detailed information about your concern
- We will respond within 2 business days to discuss solutions
- We aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days
- If resolution cannot be reached, standard dispute resolution procedures under New Zealand law apply
